This Contract is between Parrot Glow referred to as the Seller and our customer by name.
•By purchasing a parrot from ParrotGlow.com, the Buyer agrees to pay the full cost of the parrot and any applicable shipping fees. The Buyer acknowledges that the parrot will not be taken outdoors without proper supervision or safety measures, such as a harness, carrier, or aviary. The Buyer agrees to provide a humane and responsible home, including adequate food, water, shelter, attention, mental stimulation, and veterinary care. ParrotGlow guarantees the parrot to be in sound health and good temperament at the time of sale and will provide a full health record. The Buyer must take the parrot to a licensed avian veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery; if the vet determines the parrot has a health issue due to the Seller's fault, the parrot may be returned with written documentation for a full refund, with return shipping costs covered by the Seller. If the Buyer is unable to keep the parrot, ParrotGlow must be informed first and given the option to reclaim or assist with rehoming. The Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason, including bonding issues, provided the parrot and all paperwork are returned. If life circumstances affect the bird's quality of life, the Seller must be notified to help determine the best course of action. Under no circumstances may the parrot be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to any pet store, shelter, lab, or similar facility. By completing a purchase on ParrotGlow.com, the Buyer fully agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
